Resolve the subject
You type a GSTIN, PAN or company name. The assistant resolves the legal entity across GSTN, MCA and the web, confirms it with you, and dedupes against subjects your org has already assessed.
Scope, cost & consent
You choose sections (or "all"). The assistant previews the exact credit cost and bureau pass-through, then captures the consents the scope needs — nothing is fetched before consent is recorded.
Parallel evidence gathering
A director agent fans out seven specialist subagents. Each one fetches from its sources, persists every raw response as immutable evidence, writes a narrative, and must pass the citation gate — claims without valid evidence references are rejected and retried.
Deterministic score & recommendation
A versioned 6-pillar scorecard computes the 100-point score and grade from structured evidence — no LLM in the loop for numbers. The director then composes an equity-research-style recommendation (pros, cons, conditions), sanity-checked by a second model.
Review, finalize, monitor
The report lands as a draft. Analysts override pillars with mandatory reasons, finalize with a four-eyes flow, export the white-label PDF — and the subject joins the watchlist for scheduled sweeps.
